SCOTCH BONNET WICKED PEPPER SAUCE / HOT SAUCE
This started because I truly could not find any hot sauces out there that met with my taste approval. They were mostly not enough heat and certainly did not taste.
So I started hunting down, fresh hot peppers available in NYC. I found fresh peppers at Farmers Market in NYC harvested only in season and started making batches of pepper sauces.
Made with Organic Scotch Bonnet Peppers from Farmers Market Union Sq. NYC. I have a tendency to prefer my pepper sauce fresh, hot as I can possibly tolerate it so all ingredients are fresh, natural, and organic. Made to my taste with fresh peppers, lemons and sea salt, and a secret vinegar ingredient. Like my friend Dorothy Morrison says Utterly Wicked!
